Whitley Diesel Truck Fest '26 Media Pass

This Media Pass grants approved photographers and videographers access to Whitley Diesel Truck Fest with the ability to capture photo and video content from designated prime locations throughout the event. Media pass holders are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow all event staff instructions.

Fine Print / Media Release:
By purchasing or using this Media Pass, you acknowledge and agree that Whitley Diesel Performance retains full, perpetual, and royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publish any photos or videos captured at the event for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes across all platforms. Media pass holders agree to provide Whitley Diesel Performance with copies of all raw and/or edited media upon request. No compensation will be provided beyond event access unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Unauthorized sale, transfer, or misuse of this pass may result in removal from the event without refund.
